Terms & Conditions: The standard picnic rental duration is 2 hours. Springtree Farms will handle the setup and cleanup of the picnic area. Guests are expected to leave the picnic area in the same condition as it was found. The agreed-upon picnic package accommodates a specific number of guests. Additional guests may incur extra charges. The client is responsible for any damages to the picnic area or equipment during the rental period. Damages will be assessed and charged accordingly. Alcohol consumption is permitted for guests of legal drinking age. Clients are responsible for ensuring all guests drink responsibly. Pets are allowed in designated areas only and must be leashed and cleaned up after. Clients and their guests must comply with all Springtree Farms rules and regulations. Clients and their guests participate in the picnic at their own risk. Springtree Farms is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during the rental period.
